Control Cabinet Manufacturing

In use around the globe and in applications across sectors: Our control systems and switchgear units are employed, for example, in the automotive, timber, oil and gas industries. While project design and provision of materials by the customer is possible, our in-house department and material management teams can also carry out these tasks.

Container Solutions

Modular, mobile, rapid commissioning: Our fully-equipped container stations, including switchgears, are suitable for mobile and stationary use – regardless of climate conditions. The containers can be accessed by personnel and deployed in both interior and exterior areas.

Ready-Made Cables

Ready-made cables are complete assemblies and include end sleeves or plugs. We manufacture cable sets and harnesses with a length of up to 150 meters – for wind turbines or cranes or large buildings. Together with our customers, we determine length, cable cross-sections, add-on parts, marking and the type of quality check.

Series Production

Custom control cabinets are manufactured individually, yet produced in series: our series production usually involves smaller control cabinets that are fully identical. Such a series requires an initial run of five control cabinets and is capped at around 2,000 cabinets.

Distribution Box Manufacturing

Modular, flexible, custom-fit: We produce low-voltage distribution boards, in any size, to handle currents up to 1,600 amps. During the individualized outfitting, we can also integrate EIB/KNX building controls, for example, or lighting controls. Provision of materials is also possible.

Retrofitting

As systems age, investing in replacements may not be necessary: control cabinets can be renovated and controllers can be updated. Therefore, it is worth taking a closer look and perhaps give that replacement technology a miss in favor of an update. Whether the idea of “turning the old into new” is possible depends on the individual case.
